Exciting opportunities exist for passionate, self-motivated, change-ready, sales driven individuals to join our Travel Centre Team as a Travel Consultant. As the successful candidate you will provide service that is relaxed in nature but beyond expectation.
We are seeking candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that are passionate and proud of the service they deliver and consistently go above and beyond for our guests. In this position you will be responsible for providing information to our guests and assisting with all aspects of booking their unique Australian journey through phone based selling.
Some of your key responsibilities include;
- Creating bookings in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to service and compliance standards;
- Achieving sales targets and Travel Centre objectives;
- Upselling and cross-selling complimentary products whilst completing inbound enquiries;
- Responding to guest enquiries within a timely manner;
- Creating lasting first impressions with our guests.
As a Travel Consultant you are the start of our guests journey of a lifetime. To be successful in this role you will be experienced in sales with an ability to build relationships with our guests quickly through fantastic phone manner and consistent high quality customer service.
Call centre or travel consultant experience is beneficial but not essential. Successful candidates will be, regularly rostered over a 6-day period including Saturdays and Public Holidays.
